Inspect the gasket in the
analyzer bottle holder
assembly and replace if
necessary.
Make sure that the gasket and
bottle holder assembly mating
surfaces are free of resin
beads.

Install the new bottle of resin
by screwing the bottle into
place.
Tighten about ¼ turn after the
top of the bottle contacts the
gasket.
Note: If it leaks slightly, it can
be tightened further until it
stops leaking.

Turn on sample flow to the
analyzer and wait for
approximately one hour for the
Cation Conductivity and
Degassed Cation Conductivity
readings to drop to the
expected value.
