8.6 Inserting the O-Rings
If you do not have a complete air valve (Pos.4.0) available as replacement, you have to remove the old
gaskets and replace them by new ones. Slightly grease the O-ring holders with a lubricant (technical
petrolatum). First you insert the O-ring (Pos.4.5) into the back groove (only use dulled tools to avoid
damaging the O-ring). Then insert the O-rings (Pos.4.1, Pos.4.2 and Pos.4.6) into the outer grooves.
If you do not have a complete sealing screw (6.0.0) with integrated material sealing kit (5.0.0) available as
replacement, you have to remove the old gaskets and replace them by new ones.
For this purpose, you have to clean the sealing screw so that no residues from sprayed medium will hamper
the installation of the new gaskets. Slightly grease the O-ring holders with a lubricant (technical petrolatum).
First insert the O-ring (Pos.3.1) into the back boring to the bottom of the sealing sleeve (only use dulled tools
to avoid damaging the O-ring). Then insert the O-ring (Pos.3.1) into the front groove. Carefully insert the
outer O-rings (Pos.3.2 and Pos.3.3) into the grooves. Slightly grease the complete sealing screw (Pos.3.0)
and move it back into the main body (Pos.4.0). After that screw the sealing screw into the thread (slightly
tighten).

Check if nozzle needle (Pos. 1.6) is sticky within the sealing screw (Pos. 3.0).
Check if needle stroke is correctly set.
