a. The parking arms on the free part side must lie 100% in the
parking guide.
In the case of
vertical parking stations
check using a suitable
instrument, e.g. a back square, to see whether the coupling plane
of the tool side is aligned at right angles to the parking head. To do
so, place the instrument on the milled edge of the parking head and
determine the alignment of the coupling plane.
The alignment can be reset or adjusted over the length of the
threaded bolt (measurement b).

based on images”
b.
The parking arms on the free part side must lie 100% in the
parking guide or in the parking bushes.
In the case of
horizontal parking stations
check using a suitable
instrument, e.g. a back square, to see whether the coupling plane
of the tool side is aligned horizontally. To do so, place the
instrument on the milled edge of the parking head and check for
parallelism. Horizontal alignment can be reset or adjusted over the
length of the threaded bolt (measurement b).

parking stations based on images”

3. Are pins, bushes, bolts, and the bar guide sufficiently lubricated?
4. Does the hinged lid mechanism function smoothly?
5. Are all safety features attached, and do they function smoothly?
8 Maintenance
Check that the pins, bushes, bolts, and bar guide are
sufficiently lubricated.
Check the roller on the torque support for wear and tear
and replace if necessary.
The centre of gravity on torque supports with roller must
lie beneath this point, otherwise the tool side will tip
over towards the head!
