4.5.4 Step 4: Align tool side to the tool parking station

Insert the tool side with attached tool (not illustrated here) into the parking station.
The tool side of the tool changer is now
aligned in Y-direction to the parking head
that was aligned earlier.
This must occur with an attached tool,
which is not illustrated here
To do so, a ruler is placed flush on
the parking head, and the distance
between the surface of the plate and the
upper edge of the ruler in the front and
rear section is measured using depth
callipers.
Both dimensions must be identical.
Important:
The ruler must lie flush on the parking
head, and must not tip over to the front
or the back.
