2.7 Conformity
The WALTERSCHEID Special Tool SW40 for profiles complies with
the basic health and safety requirements of the following directives
and standards:

•
EN ISO 12100-2:2003 / EN ISO 12100-2:2003/A1:2009

The manufacturer confirms that the Special Tool SW40 complies with
the basic health and safety requirements:
•
by the issue of the declaration of conformity,
•
by the application of the CE marking to the special tool.
In the case of non-approved structural changes and attachments or
conversions:
•
the declaration of conformity and the CE marking of the special
tool lose their validity,
•
warranty claims and liability claims for personal injuries and
damage to property are excluded by the manufacturer,
•
the owner bears the responsibility.
