6.3  Calibrating light control

You can adjust and save the luminaire 

brightness with which the working area is 

illuminated evenly.

Prerequisites:

 

ƒ

Light control is activated.

 

ƒ

Brightness in the room through day-

light or other light sources is as low as 

possible.

 

ƒ

The luminaire is switched on.

NOTE:

 If you calibrate the light control 

while the room is illuminated by daylight 

or other light sources, LUM CONNECT 

MANAGE controls the luminaire bright-

ness in a high range. This can lead to the 

luminaire not switching off automati-

cally even the room is bright enough.

Dim the luminaire until the working 

area is illuminated with the required 

brightness.
The set brightness is saved. If the 

brightness in the sensing range of the 

daylight sensor changes, LUM CON-

NECT MANAGE controls the brightness 

of the luminaire so that the working area 

is illuminated uniformly.
