Geofences
SELECT “NEXT” AFTER FINDING
LOCATION
Once you have found the location you want, you can
move to the creation screen by selecting “
NEXT
” on the
top right corner.
PLOT YOUR GEOFENCE POINTS
Now you can begin plotting your Geofence points on
the map by tapping the map around the desired area
you want to fence in. You will see points and lines pop
up.
1. GEOFENCE BASICS
Create a geofence by tapping points on the map. They
may be used to keep pets in or out of an area.
2. ADD A BUFFER TO YOUR GEOFENCE
We recommend adding a 15-foot buffer to your fence
due to
potential
GPS
signal variability.
3. GEOFENCE PLOT POINTS
Add at least 3 plot points for your fence.
4. CLOSING YOUR GEOFENCE
To close your geofence, tap your first plot point.
5. FINALIZE GEOFENCE
Tap “Next” above to finalize and name, select fence
type and assign dog(s) to this fence.
GEOFENCE TIPS
•
Geofences cannot have intersecting or crossing lines.
•
Geofences must have a minimum of 3 sides.
•
Geofences can have more than 3 sides.
