Ni1000 TK5000
With the setting "Ni1000 TK5000" and activated Siemens format, the I/O module
converts the resistance measured values of Ni1000 TK5000 sensors and outputs
them as temperature values.
The temperature values are displayed at a resolution of 1 digit per 0.5 °C.
The status information is depicted in bit 0 to bit 2 and the digitalized measured
value in bit 3 to bit 15.
