Operation
The blue handle (3) remains unchanged. The product can therefore be circulated internally
on the trolley.
The handle positions should be noted for the red handle (12) in the external mixer
(see Chapter 5.10.1).
The "External circulation" handle (61) on the trolley is new. It controls external circulation.
