Staging Clients Using an Endpoint Manager

An installed certi

cate is required to connect to an endpoint manager in

medium

high

security

levels; however, out of the box, the Tera2 PCoIP Zero Client‘s local certi

cate store is empty and it

can only connect using the

low

security level.

To deploy a system using

medium

high

security settings, you must stage the device by

connecting to an endpoint manager in

low

security mode and installing any required certi

cates.

Once the certi

cate has been installed, you can connect using any security level.
