Removing the tie
1. If necessary, pull the magazine tensioner backwards until it engages in the
park position.
2. Carefully pull the tie back out of the tie outlet using a pair of pliers.
3. When the magazine tensioner has engaged in the park position, pull the mag-
azine tensioner backwards until the lock releases and slowly guide it forwards
to the tie strip. Do not let the magazine tensioner "jump".
4. Checking the position of the tie strips: The ties must lie flat.
Closing and loading the machine
1. Close the lid.
2. Close both locks. Do this by pulling the tabs over the holders.
3. Load the machine. Do this by moving the handle forwards and back once,
slowly and evenly and right to the stops.
Note: When the stop is reached a distinct clicking sound is heard.
