Important: The thread produces several clicks between 7
o'clock and 9 o'clock (if you hold a watch next to it) when it
clicks into place in the lower thread tension.
4. Pull the lower thread up before starting the embroidery.
Only close the hook race’s transparent plastic cover
afterwards.
5. Carry out regular care and maintenance on your W6 sewing
machine as described on the W6 website under Service /
Help / Your W6 machine type.
Only a well-maintained hook system with any pieces of
thread, sewing dust and lint removed, can produce a neat
embroidery design.
6. If necessary, reduce the thread tension by just one point. (For
example, if your thread tension is set to 05, the thread
tension is corrected to 04 at the most.)
7. Please note: With embroidery designs it is completely normal
that the border is not always exactly on the edge of the
embroidery design.
A gap between the embroidery design and the border is
therefore not a defect in the embroidery unit.
The material to be embroidered may change in size and
shape due to the embroidery.
8. Have you purchased an external file from the Internet?
Is the embroidery file read by the USB stick faulty?
The embroidery pattern must be adapted to the fabric to be
embroidered and the fabric thickness.
Use the W6 embroidery software for this.
9. When dismantling the embroidery table please observe our
manual.
