3. Memory card
The format function is necessary in the following situations:
a) Unformatted SD card.
b) Format the card again when it is not working in the camera properly
even though it has been formatted before.
c) It is important to format the card before use if it has been used in
another camera.
Note: Please make sure the card is on “unlock” before inserting the card
into the camera. All data will be deleted and unable to be recovered once
the card is formatted, please backup the data before formatting.
Memory card format
a.
Confirm the card is on “unlock”.
b.
Insert the card before turning on the camera.
c.
Press “Menu” to enter “setup”.
d.
Press the Up/Down button to enter “format”.
e.
Select “yes” to start formatting.
