Press the REC/PLAY/OVERDUB switch when playing
a phrase that you want to loop. Recording ends and the
LED lights up green.
3.
To overdub, press the REC/PLAY/OVERDUB switch
where you want to start playing. The LED lights up
orange.
TIP:
If the TRIGGER switch is pressed while recording,
playing back or overdubbing, it will reset to the
beginning of the phrase.
4.
Press the REC/PLAY/OVERDUB switch to end
overdubbing at the desired location. The function
switches to playback and the LED lights up green.
5.
Press the STOP/CLEAR switch to stop playback. The
LED lights up green to indicate that the phrase has been
recorded. Press the REC/PLAY/OVERDUB switch to
start playback again. Also, if the STOP/CLEAR switch
is pressed for 2 seconds or more when playback of the
phrase has stopped, the recorded phrase is deleted and
the LED turns off.
TIP:
If the REVERSE switch is pressed, the phrase
is played in reverse and the LED lights up.
REVERSE cannot be switched while recording or
overdubbing.
Using a connected pedal
You can control the effect parameter and volume with an
external expression pedal.
The pedal settings can be saved for each program.

Assigning functions to a pedal
1.
Turn off the power off the DelayLab and connect the
expression pedal.
2.
Connect a cable to the INPUT (L/MONO) jack and turn
on the power.
3.
Press the PEDAL ASSIGN button.
The LED lights up green and “PdL_” appears on the
display.
4.
Adjust the Edit knob to set the sound of the full heel
position of the pedal.
5.
Press the PEDAL ASSIGN button.
“PdL–” appears on the display.
6.
Adjust the Edit knob to set the sound of the full toe
position of the pedal.
7.
Press the PEDAL ASSIGNbutton.
The LED lights up red.
