Installing DIMM
To install the DIMM’s, first make sure the two handles of the DIMM socket are
in the “open” position, i.e. the handles stay outward. Slowly slide the DIMM
modules along the plastic guides in the both ends of the socket. Then press the
DIMM module down right into the socket, until a click is heard. That means the
two handles automatically locked the memory modules into the right position of
the DIMM socket as Figure 3-1 shows. To take away the memory module, just
push the both handles outward, the memory module will be ejected by the
mechanism in the socket.
