The using of grinding cup:
1. Rotate open the grinding cup from grinding cutter head components and place on the table with
open side up
2. Put bean food into grinding cup (About 50 grams) and turn-lock clasp well the grinding cutter head
components, then lock it on the motor unit
；
3. Plug the power cord into a standard wall outlet;
4. Turn the speed knob to the second speed for your task.(generally need about 30 seconds)
When achieved the effect you want, turn the knob to O position.
The using of chopper:
1. Rotate open the grinding cup from grinding cutter head components and place on the table with
open side up;
2. Put meat into grinding cup (About 100 grams) and turn-lock clasp well the chopping cutter head
components, then lock it on the motor unit
；
3. Plug the power cord into a standard wall outlet;
4. Turn the speed knob to the second speed for your task.(generally need about 30 seconds)
When achieved the effect you want, turn the knob to O position.
CARE AND CLEANING
This product contains no user serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service personnel.
1. Before cleaning, unplug the blender.
2.
Always wash immediately after use for easier cleaning. Don’t let food dry on the jar assembly as
this will make cleaning difficult.
3. Pour a little warm soapy water into the jar and turn the knob to P position for a few seconds. And
then empty the jar.
4. Dismantle all detachable parts. Lift the jar assembly off the motor unit, the blade
on the jar cannot be detached and should be cleaned with the jar together (see fig.8).
5. When dis-assembly the grinding cup and chopper components, please take out the grinding cup
and chopper components from motor base firstly, then detach the grinding cup cutter head
components and chopping cutter head components from the grinding cup by clockwise turning,
and finally remove the seal ring and cutter head assembly (see fig.8A).

6. Rinse the measure cup, lid, jar, seal ring, blade assembly, grinder, grinding cutter head
components and chopping cutter head components by hands or in a dishwasher and then dry.
They are dishwasher safe components, but the temperature setting shall not exceed 70
℃
.
7. Using warm soapy water to scrub the blade , then rinse thoroughly under the tap.
