Connecting Exchange Pro VIT1/E1 to the PBX

After completing the above steps, perform the following procedure to connect

Exchange Pro VIT1/E1 to a PBX:

Warning:

Before you operating the following steps, make sure that

the power to the PC is turned off and that the power cord is

unplugged.

1. Connecting the E1/T1 port on Exchange Pro VIT1/E1 backplate to the

E1/T1 port on the PBX using the provided RJ-48 cable as shown below:

2. If the provided cable is not applicable to your PBX, please refer to

Appendix D

to make an appropriate interface or ask for your reseller.
