Your Ultimate Gateway to Skype

VoSKY Exchange Pro VIT1/E1 User Manual

Cut the outer sleeve of the RJ-48 cable about 1.5” to 2” from the cross

over end, then punch the cut end of the DB-15 cable and RJ-48 cable

into the punch block according to the following wire numbering.

RJ-48 Connector to DB-15 Connector (Straight)

RJ48 Pin

(on VIT1/E1)

DB-15 Pin

(on your PBX)

4. If the E1/T1 port on your PBX has a DB-15 connector with cross-over

connection, please make a RJ-48 to DB-25 cable according to the

following steps.

Cut the DB-15 cable from the end, and separate pins 1, 3, 9 and 11

according to the sketch map above.

Cut the outer sleeve of the RJ-48 cable about 1.5” to 2” from the cross

over end, then punch the cut end of DB-15 cable and RJ-48 cable into

the punch block according to the following wire numbering.
