Charging your devices

PRECONDITION

D

You have checked that the specifications of the power bank match the specification of your

device. Refer to the section “Technical data”.

1.  Connect a device to the USB-A or USB-C

®

port of the power bank. Charging will start

automatically.

2.  Disconnect the charging cable when charging has completed.

Æ

The power bank will shut off automatically within 8 seconds after devices are discon-

nected.

Note:

– If the power bank overheats, the over-temperature protection function will automatically

stop charging/discharging.

– Charging/discharging resumes when the power bank temperature drops to 10 °C be-

low the temperature protection limit.

8 Troubleshooting

Problem

Possible cause

Suggested solution

Cannot charge a con-

nected device.

Power bank battery is flat.

Recharge the power bank.

Cannot charge the pow-

er bank (LED indicator

is not flashing).

The output voltage of the

power adaptor is too low.

Use a suitable power adaptor.

See section “Technical data”.

Faulty cable.

Check the cable and connection.

Replace the cable if needed.

Cleaning and care

Important:

– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions.

They damage the housing and can cause the product to malfunction.

– Do not immerse the product in water.

1.  Disconnect all devices from the power bank and the power bank from the power supply.
2.

Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
