11.5 Setting measuring distance
Many substances in the air can absorb infrared rays. For accurate measurements,
set the measuring distance (2 to 1000 m).
1. Touch the parameter menu button to open the menu.
2. Select ‘Distance’.
3. Set the measuring distance.
11.6 Setting infrared compensation
By setting an infrared compensation value, you can correct the infrared value pro-
vided by the thermal imager.
1. Touch the parameter menu button to open the menu.
2. Select ‘Infrared compensation’.
3. Set the infrared compensation value.
