11. ChargIng prograM for lIthIuM aCCuMulators

If you want to charge a lithium battery, you have to first preselect the battery type in the first main menu
item „User Set Program“ (basic settings).
In the main menu, select the „USER“ menu with the button „Batt Type/Stop“.
Press the button „Start/Enter“; the display shows the following, for example:
Here you can select one of the three lithium accumulator types the charger is able to work with („LiPo“, „LiIo“,
„LiFe“).
Briefly press the button „Start/Enter“. The voltage value then begins to flash.
With the buttons „+>“ or „
<
-
“, you can select the cell voltage „3.3“, „3.6“ or „3.7“. At the same time, the correspon-
ding accumulator type changes in the top line:
Confirm the selection of the lithium accumulator type with the button „Start/Enter“, and the voltage value stops
blinking.

The settings made here for the lithium accumulator type then applies for ALL other functions, e.g.
charging, discharging, etc.
