Batteries/rechargeable batteries containing harmful substances are
marked with the following symbols, which point out that they are not
allowed to be disposed of in the domestic refuse. The descriptions for
the respective heavy metals are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead
(the names are indicated on the batteries, e.g. below the rubbish bin
symbol shown on the left). You may return used batteries/recharge-
able batteries free of charge at the official collection points in your
community, in our stores, or wherever batteries/rechargeable batteries
are sold!
You thus fulfil the legal requirements and make your contribution to protecting the
environment!
13. TROUBLESHOOTING
In purchasing the DMM, you have acquired a product designed to the state of the
art and operationally reliable.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
For this reason, the following is a description of how you can easily remove possi-
ble malfunctions yourself:
