VODVR 3416

Chapter 2. Boot Procedure

It is for the starting operation of the DVR system. This 4CH DVR System uses DC 12V as a power source

and the power adapter included in the package should be used. There is the power switch that controls

POWER ON/OFF for the stability of the DVR system. And The 9CH/ 16CH DVR System uses the

SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply) device. The power switch controls POWER ON/OFF in the left of

Front panel. If you press the power button on operating, you will show the message box about turn off

system. If press the “OK” icon, The DVR System will turn off immediately.

The POWER LIGHT of the front panel’s turn on RED when the AC power is supplied and changes to GREEN

when the SYSTEM starts to operates.

[THE URGENT : THE CHECK POINT BEFORE RECORDING PROCESS]

Please check the bellow mentioned part before the system do the recording process.

Please check whether the date and time are correctly set.

Please check whether HDD is formatted. If HDD is not formatted, please format HDD

Please make sure that the each camera screen displays properly

Please check whether set up the camera channel name

Please check whether selects recording quality and method.

Recording can be stopped by pressing REC button again. To keep recording, recommend

to set recording mode to CONTINUOUS mode
