Air vents

To help ensure sufficient heating, cooling, and ventilation in the

passenger compartment, never close the air vents completely

 → Fig. 185 ① 

 .

To open and close the air vents, turn the respective thumbwheel

(magnified view) in the desired direction. When the thumbwheel is

turned all the way toward position  , the air vent is closed.

Use the lever on the vent grille to adjust the airflow direction.
