Using the Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Traffic Alert

Introduction

Switching the Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Traffic Alert on and off

On appropriately equipped vehicles, you can turn the Blind Spot

Monitor with Rear Traffic Alert on and off in the Assist systems

menu in the Volkswagen Information System.

Open the Assist systems menu.

Rear Traffic

Blind Spot

Switching the Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Traffic Alert on and off in

the Infotainment system

Press the

button.

Tap the

function key.

Tap the

Assistance systems

function key to switch the Blind

Spot Monitor on or off.

Tap the

Parking and maneuvering

function key to switch the
