1 - Coolant temperature
The warning lamp lights up when the cool-
ant temperature is too high.
As an additional warning, an acoustic signal
sounds at the same time, which can be
switched off with the switch

Should the fault not be eliminated, the
acoustic signal sounds again after a short
time.
In this case, switch off the engine
immediately and check whether ...

the seawater filter is clogged.
-
the sea valve is open.
-
sufficient coolant is present. Check the
cooling system for leaks.
-
the ribbed V-belt of the seawater pump
is OK.
-
the impeller of the seawater pump is OK

Exercise
caution
when
opening the coolant cap! When
the engine is hot, the cooling
system is pressurised - danger of
scalding! Therefore, allow the
engine
to
cool
down
before
unscrewing the cap.
