OPERATION
CAUTION:
Before using,
Before using, remove the cover
protection.

Check the cut wire regularly.
When the cutting performance
decreases, adjust the length of the
wire. With the machine working,
bump the button (I) of the head on
the floor. The nylon line will extend
automatically. Any excess will be
cut by the cutting blade at the
protection.
Due to insufficient wire or jam, you
might need to adjust it manually.
Remove the plug and turn off the
machine.
Press the button (I) completely. Pull
the nylon wire. If the wire disappear
inside the coil, proceed pressing
two locking lugs (J) simultaneously.
Pull the cover to access the winder.
Be careful because the winder has
some wire residue and it tends
to unroll quickly. This will lead to
cause jamming of the line.
Pass the end of the line through the
opening (K) and position over the
winding spring. Press the reel and
prevent this to turn, put again the
cover ensuring that both tabs (J)
block both sides.
Clean the cutting blade to ensure a
good wire cutting.
CAUTION:
Avoid any damage to the wire
cutting. Complete assembly.
REPLACING THE WIRE
SPOOL
Remove the protection cover coil
(fig. I and J). Press both tabs on
the coil, the cover will come out.
Care with the inner spring can jump.
Remove the cover and the original
coil.

Cut a wire with about 3m long, fold
it in half and turn it in the coil in
the direction of the arrow. Pass the
end of the wire through the opening
K. Press the new coil against the
spring until you hear two clicks.
