1. Align the handlebar hole (10) with the column hole (11);
2. Insert a bolt and tighten with a nut;
3. Insert a knob bolt into one of the adjustment holes and
tighten with a nut.
1. Align the engine holes with the brush cutter's base frame
(14) (on the handlebar side);
2. Align clutch cone holes (13) with base frame holes;
3. Insert the 4 bolts into the clutch cone holes and tighten
to the engine.
Insert the tube (4) into the clamp (5) and tighten with two
bolts.
The other end is held by a washer placed on the shaft tube
(3). Tighten with a bolt and nut.
Check the blade condition before installing it to the
appliance. If it is damaged (cracked, bent or broken),
replace it.
1. Place the thrust plate over the rotation bolt on the
gearbox (2);
2. Insert a hexagonal key or screwdriver into the hole in the
thrust plate and the hole in the cutting attachment
holder to lock the bolt (2);
3. Place the blade (1) over the thrust plate. Check that the
blade is placed with the cutting edge in the direction of
rotation;
4. Place the support cup and the blade’s fixing nut on the
bolt. Tighten the nut counter-clockwise with the key
provided;
5. Remove the key.
When using the brush cutter, you should take into
consideration some precautions and use procedures to
avoid accidents, damage and increase the performance
and efficiency of the equipment:
▪
Ensure that you start the brush cutter at a distance of
more than 3m from the fuelling point;
▪
Always hold the brush cutter on your right side with both
hands;
▪
Keep the cutting attachments below waist level, thus
reducing the risk of being hit during operation;
▪
Do not use the appliance to cut branches or logs. If you
try to cut logs above the recommended size, kickback
can occur and cause accidents to the user;
▪
When the brush cutter is running at idle speed, the
cutting attachment is not rotating. If not, contact service
center to carry out an inspection and solve the problem;
▪
If you hear an unusual noise or the brush cutter vibrates
abnormally, stop working and identify the cause;
▪
Never use the brush cutter if the guard is not installed or
if it is damaged.
1. Set the CHOKE lever (16) to closed position. Pull the
choke lever all the way up. If the engine is warm or the
air temperature is high, do not set the CHOKE lever to
closed position;
2. Press the carburettor primer bulb several times until it is
filled with petrol. Check that the fuel line is full, then the
carburettor is full of fuel;
3. Turn the ON/OFF switch (8) to the "ON" position;
4. Hold the brush cutter with one hand and pull the recoil
starter (17).
Pull it slowly until you feel some resistance,
then pull strongly until the engine starts;
5. After starting the engine, the brush cutter runs at mid
speed between idle and maximum speed;
6. A few seconds after starting, set the CHOKE lever to open
position. Move the CHOKE lever all the way down.
When the recoil starter returns to its original position,
your hand and arm can be drawn quickly towards the
combustion engine.
Let the engine running idle for a few seconds before
operating the brush cutter.
