Before connecting the clock radio to the mains check,
whether your home mains voltage corresponds to the
voltage specified on the device housing.
•
Place the unit on a flat stable surface, away from
equipment with strong magnetic field, for example,
big speakers, as magnetic electric field lines from
these units cause interference in unit operation.
•
Install the device in places with proper ventilation. Do
not block the unit ventilation openings.
•
The unit should not be placed near heat sources such
as radiators, electric heaters, stoves, or in places
exposed to direct sunlight, excessive dust, vibration
or mechanical shocks.
•
Do not place sources of open fire, such as candles,
on the unit.

Do not use the clock radio outdoors.
•
Do not let foreign objects get into the unit openings.
•
Do not immerse the power cord, the power plug or the
clock radio itself into water or other liquids.
•
To prevent fire or electric shock hazard do not place
and do not use the clock radio in places with high
humidity (near bath tubs, kitchen sinks, near a swim-
ming pool, in wet basements, etc.)
•
Do not touch the unit body and the power plug with
wet hands.
•
Place the clock radio in such a way that you can eas-
ily pull out the plug from the socket in case of any
malfunction.
•
Make sure that the power cord does not contact with
hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges.
•
Do not connect the FM-antenna with an external
antenna.
