decreases, the heating element and the fan
will resume operation, so the preset tempera-
ture is maintained.
–
Touch the button (8) or press the button (18)
on the remote control (14) to select the neces-
sary operation power of the fan heater, which
will be shown as the light indicators «HIGH»
and «LOW» on the control panel (4):
–
«LOW» – low power level – 1000 W –
for small rooms;
–
«HIGH» – high power level – 2000 W –
for large rooms.
Note: - when the unit is switched on for the
first time, the heating element burns, therefore
occurrence of a small amount of smoke or for-
eign smell is possible, it is normal.
Timer setting
–
Set the switch-off timer by consequently
touching/pressing the button (12) or the but-
ton (15) «TIMER», the light indicator «TIMER»
will appear on the control panel (4) and the
timer operation time will be shown on the
display (10). Possible operation time can be
set from 1 hour to 12 hours with 1 hour set-
ting step.
–
To switch the timer off consequently touch/
press the button (12) or (15) until the digital
symbols «00» appear on the display (10); after
10 seconds the light indicator «TIMER» will go
out and the timer will be switched off.
Fan heater oscillation mode
–
Touch the button (13) or press the button (19)
«OSC» on the remote control (14) to switch
the fan heater body oscillation mode on,
the light indicator «OSC» will appear on the
control panel (4). To switch the fan heater
body oscillation mode off touch/press the
button (13) or (19) again, the light indicator
«OSC» will go out.
Note: - the fan heater body oscillation mode
will switch on only when the heating element
is on.

To switch the fan heater off touch/press the
button (7) or (17) «POWER», you will hear a
sound signal, and the switch off time of the
fan heater (60 seconds) will be shown on the
display (10). After 60 seconds the fan heater
will be switched off.
–
To switch the fan heater off completely set
the power switch (2) to the «0» position and
unplug the unit.
AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY SWITCH-OFF
FUNCTION
The fan-heater is equipped with automatic emer-
gency switch-off function.
•
If the unit starts overheating, the automatic
thermal switch will be on and the fan-heater
will be switched off.
•
Immediately unplug the fan heater; let it cool
down for approximately 20-30 minutes and
after that you can switch the unit on again.
•
Make sure that the rear and the front (3) grids
are not blocked and nothing hinders air flow.
•
Plug the fan-heater in and switch it on; if the
unit doesn’t switch on, it may indicate other
damages not connected with the automatic
emergency switch-off function. In this case
apply to the authorized service center for the
fan-heater repair.
Attention: to avoid burns do not touch hot sur-
faces of the unit and avoid contact of open body
parts with outgoing hot air.
PROTECTION FROM DROPPING
–
If the fan-heater is accidentally dropped, the
blocking device will be on and the fan-heater
will be switched off.
–
Set the unit back to the vertical position,
switch the fan heater on again by pressing the
button (7 or 17) and set the necessary set-
tings of the fan heater operation modes.
Note: place the fan-heater on a flat dry and
steady surface to prevent it from dropping.
CLEANING AND CARE
•
Before cleaning the fan heater switch it off,
wait until the heating element cools down and
after 60 seconds set the power switch (2) to
the position «0», unplug the unit.
•
Do not use liquid detergents, solvents or abra-
sives for cleaning the fan-heater body.
•
To avoid the risk of fire or electric shock pro-
vide that water or other liquid does not get into
the fan-heater body.
•
Clean the unit body with a slightly damp cloth
and then wipe it dry.
•
You can use a vacuum cleaner with a corre-
sponding attachment to clean the dust off
the grids.
STORAGE
•
After cleaning put the fan-heater to a dry cool
place away from children for storage.
