– Remove the blender bowl (19) from the motor unit
(1) by turning it counterclockwise.
Note: Put the food meant for processing into the
bowl (19) before switching the unit on.
Attention!
•
Do not remove the bowl (19) from the motor
unit during blender operation.
•
To avoid damaging the blades, do not pro-
cess too hard products such as cereals, rice,
coffee beans, ice, hard cheeses and frozen
food.
•
If food processing is hindered, add some
water, liquor or juice into the blender bowl.
•
The continuous operation time is 1 minute;
make at least 1 minute breaks between oper-
ation cycles. Make a 90 minute break after 10
operation cycles.
USING THE ATTACHMENTS (9, 10, 11)
Use the slicing attachment (9) to cut vegetables or
fruit.
The grating attachment (10) is used both for fruit and
vegetables and for grating hard cheeses.
Use the attachment (11) to make French fries.
Attention! Do not use the attachment (10) to
grate soft and viscous cheese.
– Cut vegetables or fruit into pieces of approxi-
mately equal size, the pieces should fit the feeding
chute of the lid (6).
WARNING: Before assembling make sure that the
power plug is not inserted into the socket.
– Set the axis (3) on the motor unit (1).
– Set bowl (4) on the motor unit (1) matching the
marks «
» and «
». Turn the bowl (4) clockwise
until the marks «
» and « »match. If the bowl is
set properly, you’ll hear a click.
– Set one of the attachments (9-11) into the attach-
ment holder (8), to do this, insert the rear part of
the attachment into the holder (8) and press the
front part of the attachment until the lock clicks.
– Set the attachment holder (8) on the axis (3).
– Set the lid (6) on the bowl (4) matching the marks
«

» and «
» and then rotate it clockwise till the
marks «
█
» and « » match.
– Select the required knives rotation speed with the
operation mode switch (2), for short time opera-
tion use the pulse mode, to switch the pulse mode
on, turn and hold the switch (2) knob in the posi-
tion
«P»
.
– Put the food products into the lid (6) feeding chute
and press them gently with the pusher (7).
Attention!
When operating the unit, use only the pusher (7)
supplied with the unit; do not use any other ob-
jects. Never push the products with your hands!
– After the unit operation is finished, set the oper-
ation mode switch (2) to the
«0»
position and
unplug the unit.
– Remove the lid (6) rotating it counterclockwise.
– Carefully remove the attachment holder (8).
– Remove the bowl (4) from the motor unit (1) by
turning it counterclockwise.
– Take the chopped products out of the bowl (4).
– Wash and dry all the used parts immediately after
the end of operation.
– To remove the attachment (9, 10 or 11) from the
holder (8), turn it and press the outstanding part
of the attachment (9, 10 or 11) and move it from
the engagement with the lock on the holder (8).
ATTENTION!
Be very careful: the cutting blades of the attach-
ments (9-11) are very sharp!
The continuous operation time is 1 minute; make

CHOPPING PRODUCTS
The chopping knife (12) is used to chop meat, hard
cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, al-
monds or fruits.
Prepare the products for chopping: remove the
stones from the fruit, hard peel from vegetables, re-
move bones, sinews, cartilage and excess fat from
meat
Attention!
Do not use the chopping knife (12) to chop very
hard products, such as nutmegs, ice, coffee
beans or cereals.
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife (12)
are very sharp! Always hold the knife only by the
central plastic part.
WARNING: Before assembling make sure that the

– Set the axis (3) on the motor unit (1).
– Set bowl (4) on the motor unit (1) matching the

». Turn the bowl (4) clockwise

is set properly, you’ll hear a click of the blocking
system.
– Set the chopping knife (12) on the attachment
drive (5) matching the grooves on the knife (12)
with the ledges on the drive (5).
– Remove plastic protective covers from the chop-
ping knife (12) blades.
Attention! Hold the chopping knife (12) only by
the central part, when removing the knife (12)
from the bowl (4), hold it by the upper part of the
axis (5)!
