The baking plates and the plate catches are extremely hot in operation. Please make sure the
unit is completely cooled down before taking out the baking plates.

Lift up the plate handles on the sides and pull it towards
yourself.

Lift up the plate handles on the sides to remove the plates.

Slide the plate catch in the direction as shown on picture

. The plate will pop up.
