Process data
Tap on the process data.
Note:
• What? A function that allows quality assurance and traceability.
• What for? Automatic saving of the process number, name, notice, profile, material name, firing program name, firing program
data, target and actual values, device type, device serial number and date and time of the firing process.
• The data can subsequently be exported onto a USB drive and then transferred to the FDS (Firing Data System – the VITA
program used to analyze the firing data) on the PC.
• The firing data system allows you to display the firing curve, archive all the firing data and subsequently locate and print out
individual orders.
Predrying temperature / predrying time

Pre-drying temperature: 60°C – 800°C
• Pre-drying time: 00:00 min – 60:00 min
Note:
•
The possible values to enter are displayed above the number field.
• Predrying is used for evaporating processed fluids prior to the actual firing process.
