Library
The Library is used to store your pictures, pages, and
books.
Saving Files
You can save an image as a picture, page, or book:
•
Picture – While you are in OCR mode, press and hold
the Save button.
• Page – While in OCR readback mode, press and hold
the Save button. When prompted, choose Page .
•
Book
–While in OCR readback mode, press and hold the Save button. When
prompted, choose Book . You are prompted to either select a green checkmark to add
pages or select a red X when you are done. To create a book, you save multiple
document scans as one file name.
Entering the Library
To enter the library while in CCTV mode or OCR mode, press and hold the Library button
on the Advanced control console. You then choose
Pictures
or
Documents
by using the
Zoom wheel to select the icon, and then pressing the Find button.
When you choose
Pictures
, an image of each saved picture file is displayed.
