Quick Language Swap
When you are in the OCR preview screen, you can cycle through the available languages
one by one. This feature is particularly useful for situations where you are multi-lingual
and change between several different languages but do not want to use the
Auto-Language option. To cycle through the language list, press the Pause/Play button
and then press the Color Mode button.
Depending on your location, you can also change your language either from American
English to German (Western language set) or from British English to Cantonese (Eastern
language set). Press and hold Pause/Play, then press Color Mode up or down for five
seconds.

swap between English and German (or Cantonese).
