1. From the Program Manager File menu, choose Run.

The Run dialog box appears.

2. If the PaperPort CD is in drive D, type 

D:\START

in the Command Line box and click OK.

If the disk is in another drive, type the appropriate drive letter 
(such as 

E:\

) followed by 

START

, and click OK.

The CD’s installation screen appears. Follow the instructions to install 
the PaperPort 3.6 Software on your computer.

After the files are copied to the hard drive, restart Windows. 
The following dialog box appears so the software can find the port 
where the scanning keyboard is connected.
