Chapter 4. Troubleshooting Guide
4.1. Trouble Shooting
When the UPS malfunctions during operation, you may check the followings:
a. Are the wirings of input and output correct?
b. If the input voltage of the Utility is within the input window of the UPS?
In case problems or symptoms still exist, please proceed the following for
proper adjustment. Should the problem persists, please contact your local
distributor for help.

1. Remove the objects block the
ventilation holes.
2. Check if the output load is
abnormal.
3. Check to see whether the
battery voltage is normal or the
Battery breaker is opened.
4. Turn off the UPS to restart it
once again.
5. Consult your local agent for
help.
LCD Display Overload Output overloading
Please reduce some uncritical
load
UPS fails to offer
battery backup or its
back up time is shorter
than it’s expected.
Remove the output load
connected to the UPS.
Switch off the Input
Breaker of the UPS to
simulate Utility fails.
If UPS works normally, it means
the batteries shall be charged.
If the backup time is still too short
after 12 hours of charge, please
contact your local agent for
battery replacement.
If the UPS still fails to switch to
battery mode, consult your local
agent for help.
