3.3. Operation Test and Installation Instruction
3.3.1. Start Up in Normal Mode
1. Open the front panel shown as picture on the
right. Before start the installation, please
make sure the grounding is connected
properly.
2. Make sure the Power Breaker of the
distribution panel and the Input Breaker of the
UPS are in “OFF” Positions.
3. Make sure the voltage of Utility matches with the input voltage
window of the UPS.
4. Connect the Utility to the input end of the terminal block of the UPS.
5. Switch on the Power Breaker of the distribution panel and the Input Breaker of
the UPS, and then the UPS starts up. Green LED lights up to show the Utility
is normal and the LCD display will illustrated from drawing A to drawing B.

6. Then, the UPS is on Bypass Mode now and it will proceed self-test and Start-
up process automatically, which may take about 20 seconds. After buzzer
sounds twice, it means the UPS pre-startup is successful and the charger
starts to charge the batteries.
