Each key corresponds to a designated command shown on the display   
 
Left Key 

SYNC Now, Return to Upper Level Menu, Cancel, 
Mic Volume Down 

Middle Key 

Main Menu, Confirm, Save, Setup, OK, Delete

Switch to Next Paired Phone, Browse Next Menu
