Open
the
clamshell
and
inspect
the
zone

).
2. Lightly
moisten
a
a
lint
‐
free
cloth
with
de
‐
ionized
water
and
gently
clean
off
any
ink
from
the
zone
and
printhead.

Close
the
clamshell
.
The
media
is
curled
and
touching
the
printhead.
