SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
FOR HANDLING WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER
• The automatic temperature controller is a very sensitive component. Be careful not to drop, knock or
shake the device.
• Use only the original temperature controller supplied with this pan.
• Never use another temperature controller. When connecting the automatic temperature controller to the
pan, make sure it is properly connected.
• When disconnecting the automatic temperature controller, do not pull on the cable but behind the plug.
• Do not use excessive force when connecting or disconnecting the automatic temperature controller.
• Keep the temperature sensor and the grips clean.
• If the automatic temperature sensor is damaged or overheated, shut it off immediately
and stop using it. Do not look for the cause of the malfunction and transfer it for the repair to a specialist
workshop as soon as possible.
• Make sure the controller is set to „0“ before connecting or disconnecting the automatic temperature
controller. Otherwise, the unit may malfunction.
FOOD PREPARATION – TIPS AND TRICKS
Cooking, stewing
Insert the food (including water) into the pan up to a maximum of three quarters of the side wall height.
Set the controller to the desired level (see temperature chart) and lower the temperature when the food
is boiling. During this preparation, we recommend using the lid. We do not recommend the heat treatment
of food without fat or without water.
Frying
Pour oil into the pan or heat the fat to a maximum of half the height of the side wall. Set the control knob
to the desired temperature level (depending on the fat type and the type of fried food). Once the desired
temperature has been reached (control light goes out), place the food in. To repeat the frying, let the pan
heat up again until the control light goes out. The pan is not suitable for friting - frying in large quantities of
oil (more than half the height of the side wall), there is risk of oil splashing and burns.
Grilling
Smear the pan slightly with oil and insert the food meant for grilling. Nowadays, not only meat, but also
vegetables, cheese, pastries, fruits and many other delicacies can be grilled. It is recommended to put the
food into marinade before gilling. When you grill the food, do not puncture it, so the juice will not pour
out. Use a suitable grill pliers to avoid damaging the surface of the pan. The steak is prepared in different
ways. If you prefer a rather rare, less cooked option, the meat will be soft to the touch, a more cooked
steak will be firmer.
