Information on prepaid SIM cards
Prepaid SIM cards may lose their validity after a cer-
tain time, subject to the available credit and the mobile
phone provider. After expiry of this period you can only
use this SIM card again if it has been enabled by the
mobile phone provider, e.g. when more credit has
been added.
Information on contract SIM cards
The validity of contract SIM cards expires at the end of
the contract.
If the mobile phone contract is to be terminated, this
function can be used as a reminder of the expiry date.

Please note
An invalid SIM card will cause the remote moni-
toring of the heating system and the function of
any additional connected components to cease.
If you specify the end of the validity period with
"enddat", then the Vitocom 100 will send 3 SMS
alerts at set intervals in good time prior to expiry.
Entering the SIM card end date
To monitor the validity period, enter the expiry date into
the Vitocom 100. Subject to the current date
"aktdat"
also being correct, the Vitocom will send an SMS alert
60, 30 and 10 days prior to the expiry date.
The date can be specified in the following formats:

DD.MM.YYYY or DD.MM.YY

SIM card runtime
Prior to expiry of the validity period, the Vitocom 100
sends an SMS alert to both mobile phone numbers
"mobnr1" and "mobnr2" (if entered). This message is
sent at the following remaining validity:

60 days left
■
30 days left
■
10 days left

Note
If an information text ("info") has been specified, that
text will be displayed in the SMS alert after the access
code.
