Final decommissioning
●
Before dismantling, the CHP unit must be
disconnected electrically by an electrical contractor.
All connections to the power supply must be broken
mechanically.
●
Depressurise the heating water and coolant pipes.
●
Drain and dispose of heating water and coolant
containing glycol. Remove starter batteries when
the engine is cold and stationary
●
Drain and dispose of AdBlue
TM
.
●
Observe the safety instructions for handling the
aforementioned media as well as the applicable
regulations for disposal.
●
Remove all pipework and cables before lifting the
CHP unit.
●
Use a forklift to place the EM-530/660 (versions
SCR and SCR-ready) on a transport pallet and
secure with straps.
Disposal
Deliver used batteries to a collection point. Observe
the transport regulations (GGVS) during transportation.
Never dispose of used batteries with domestic
waste!
