Install the heat supply control unit.

retighten if required.
Tightening torque: 45 to 50 Nm

Insert support sleeves

Tightening torque for both union nuts: 30 Nm

Install the flow line with a rise and fit an air vent
valve at the highest point.

Only for heating water flow temperatures in excess
of 110 °C:
Install a type-tested high limit safety cut-out, if one
has not yet been installed in the system (see
pages 16 and 19). For this, use a temperature
limiter and a high limit safety cut-out.
Connections on the DHW side

For the DHW connection, observe DIN 1988 and
DIN 4753 (

: SVGW regulations)
■
Connect all pipework with detachable fittings.
■
Seal any connections that are not required with red
brass caps.
■
Equip the DHW circulation pipe with a DHW circula-
tion pump and a check valve.
■
Connection of the DHW circulation pump:
–
Connection to the boiler control unit, provided this
is equipped with a DHW circulation pump connec-
tion.
–
Connection with a time switch, if there is no DHW
circulation pump connection on the boiler control
unit.
