Functioning
The VIDEOFIED®
panel GPRS enables the sending alarm codes
once and/or associated videos via the GPRS communication
called machine to machine, or even data GPRS.
This GPRS communication is only possible if your VIDEOFIED®
panel
GPRS is connected to a à monitoring center (equipped
and integrated in a GPRS reception bay).
The vocal call mode and email are not possiible in GPRS
connection.
Like every GSM/GPRS equipment, this product requires a SIM
card having specific properties (according to the operator), that
you will have to find out in the menu :

Which type of card to choose
The card to be chosen must be a data GPRS (card or machine
to machine) of 2Mo minimum per month or mutualized system
on which the 888 port must remain open.
Other information on the SIM card requires installation :

L’APN
-
The USER
-
The PASSWORD
Remark : : The PIN code must be disactivate or be at 0000
value. The monitoring station must give you the IP addresses
(or Domain Name) of FRONTEL receptors.
If the domain name is supplied, then it appears on the IP address.

Insertion of the SIM card
Before even placing batteries in the alarm panel it is necessary
to insert SIM card in the GPRS modem of he panel situated
on the side (card directed upwards, the notch enters into the
modem). Firmly insert the card until it clicks in !
Push-push type insertion (in order to retrieve the card, you will
have to press once again on it to remove it from the modem).

Functioning if the VIDEOFIED
®
panel GPRS
The GPRS panel keeps the same characteristics like a
VISIO1000/V6000/V7000.
Its functioning is based on the principle that the first camera
which detects the intrusion will automatically show a video for 10
seconds on the monitoring station. If other detecting cameras
triggers on, they will send an information to the operator who
then has the possibility to uploading of these videos.
In the menu

leave the mode
AUTO
by default, under the risk of
overconsumption of the panel. If
ON
mode is selected, the panel
will have the autonomy inferior to 1 month.
Do not insert the SIM card on but on
the side of the panel.
