12.4. Maintenance and control.
The chimney, to which is connected the pellet stove must be cleaned once a year. Check that there is a regulatory standard for
this in your country. If you do not make periodic inspection and cleaning of chimney, the probability of fire is increased many
times. In such incident do the following:
- Do not extinguish with water;
- Empty the pellet fuel hopper of wood pellets;

Contact the person who has installed the pellet stove, before starting again.
13.Possible defects and their causes.
Occurring an alarm event, there is the Alarm Icon showing on the Main Screen.
On pressing the icon, you are redirected to Alarm Menu, where the alarms are listed by hour and type in descending order.
In the Alarm Menu there can display up to 6 alarms during the operation of the system.
The sound signal would stop on entering the Alarm Menu!
Select an alarm on the left by touching it. This will show you the
date and time of the selected alarm’s activation on the right.
To delete the alarms on the right, enter the password – 7777. To
delete the alarms on the left too, enter the password again.
Pressure Switch
Activated if insufficient vacuum is
detected in the combustion chamber for
60 seconds. When the alarm is activated,
the device enters stop mode and waits for
human intervention to eliminate the
problem.
In standby mode, this alarm cannot be
activated! The reasons for the alarm can be the following:
•
Open door.
•
Clogged chimney.
•
Pressure switch failure.
Exhaust gases
High temperature of the flue gasses (260 °
C).
To deactivate the alarm, the temperature must drop below this
limit.
Interrupted
Supply
Activated when the power supply to the
controller is interrupted.
•
Power outage.
•
Fault in the electrical installation.
Unsuccessful
Ignition
Activated after 2 unsuccessful ignition
attempts.
•
Lack of pellets in the hopper.
•
Burnt out heater.
Damaged Fan
Activated in the absence of a signal from
the Flue Gas Fan for 20 seconds.
•
Check electrical connections.
•
Fan replacement.
Indoor
Temperature
Activated when there is no signal from the
room temperature sensor.
•
Sensor replacement.
•
Check electrical connections.
Battery Low Appears when the battery is dead. Battery replacement.
