Changing Your Passcode
A manager can change the passcodes for all users, including the passcode for the manager ID. A
standard user can only change his own passcode. To do so, perform the following steps.
1. Enter the Main Setup screen by holding the Shift ( ) key down while pressing the F5 key.
2. Press the Keypad soft key.
3. If you are a manager, use the up/down arrow soft key to select Set Passcodes from the Select
Keypad Function screen.
4. Type the new passcode and press Enter. Confirm the new passcode, press Enter and then press
Exit.
Removing Passcodes
Any user may remove his own passcode by pressing Enter at the passcode prompt. A manager may
remove all passcodes.
To remove all passcodes, perform these steps:
1. Press and hold the Shift ( ) key and then press F5 to display the Main Setup screen.
2. Press the Keypad soft key.
3. Use the up/down arrow soft key to select Set Passcodes from the Select Keypad Function screen.
4. Press the Remove Passcodes key and then select the Yes soft key. Press Exit.
Defining Auto-Logout Time
Managers may define automatic logout. You will be logged out if the time passes without console activity.
1. Press and hold the Shift ( ) key and then press the F5 key to display the Main Setup screen.
2. Press the Keypad soft key. The Select Keypad Function screen will display.
3. Use the up/down arrow soft key to select Set Auto-Logout from the Select Keypad Function screen.
Enter a value between 0 and 64 for
minutes followed by the ENTER key
or press EXIT to cancel and terminate.
NOTE: 0 value is Auto-Logout DISABLED.
Enter Auto-Logout Value:
The current Auto-Logout value is 0.

4. Enter the time in minutes and press Enter. Use a value of “0” to disable this feature. Press Exit.
