An AM/PM indicator will display to the right of the time in 12-hour format. This indicator is not necessary for
24-hour time format.

Perform the following procedure to set these functions.
1. Press the F1 key to cycle through the three date formats until the desired format is displayed.
2. Press the F2 key until the desired time format is displayed.
3. Enter the correct date. Only valid numbers will be accepted.
4. Enter the correct time. Only valid numbers will be accepted.
5. If the 12-hour time format was chosen in step 2 above, press the F3 key to change the AM/PM indicator
(located to the right of the time; only the first letter is displayed) to the correct mode.
6. Press the Enter key to accept the specified time and date formats and set the clock. The second Set
Date/Time screen will display. To return to the Display Titling Menu without saving, press Escape.
The day of the week must be set to ensure that functions will take place on the expected schedules. Use the
numeric keypad’s + or - key to cycle through the days of the week. Press the Enter key when the correct day
of the week is displayed or press Escape to return to the Display Titling screen without saving changes.
