由买方发现的运输损坏主要由买方和批发商
之间解决，也就说，批发商应确保这种投诉
应当得以解决，使买方满意。

否能排除故障。如果你要求的帮助不在本担
保范围内，也就说，如果设备出现故障是因
为保险丝断裂，或者操作不当，将向你收取
因为你打电话寻求帮助而产生的费用。
