In this way, a maximum of 3 blue keys can be programmed by repeating the above
procedure and keeping the indicated times.
Final step-brown key
After extracting the last blue key, insert the brown key again and turn it to « ON » (carry
out this operation within 10 seconds after extracting the previous key). Leave it in this
position for 1 to 3 seconds and return it to «
OFF ».
Proper programming check
Insert the brown key, disabling the transponder (i.e., by tilting the key hood by 90°),
and turn the key to the «
ON » position. Perform the engine starter operation. Ensure
that the engine does not start. Insert the blue key and repeat the start-up operation.
Check that engine starts.
WARNING
IF THE ENGINE STARTS WITH THE BROWN KEY (AND WITH A DISABLED
TRANSPONDER) OR IF DURING THE PROGRAMMING A WRONG STEP HAS
BEEN CARRIED OUT, IT IS NECESSARY TO REPEAT THE PROCESS FROM THE
BEGINNING.
